2008 International Portrait Competition Winners

The Portrait Society of America celebrated the 10th anniversary of its international portrait competition.
Over 1100 entries were submitted, and the winners of the Portrait Society of America’s International Portrait Competition are below.
The William F. Draper Grand Prize was awarded to Jean-Paul Tibbles for his 28″ x 40″ oil portrait – Josephine, Laura, and Carolyn.
Best of Show was awarded to Seth Haverkamp for his work – Echo.
