Valentine’s Day is only a month away. It’s never too early to start thinking about a gift for that special someone.

If you want to give a portrait painting for Valentine’s Day, then you must act quickly.  It takes about a month for us to turn a photo into a painting so you must order in the next few days if you want your portrait by Valentine’s Day.

A portrait painting will take about a month to complete.  If you order today, you’ll have your painting well before Christmas and you’ll avoid the Christmas rush.  It will also give you plenty of time to frame the painting if you choose to do so.

If you’re not ready to place an order, you should start thinking about what photo you want turned into a painting.  If you don’t have a good photo, then now is the time to arrange for that photo to be taken.  We have customers email us all the time with photos that aren’t good enough to turn into a portrait.  If you are unsure about your photo, just contact us and we can tell you if our artist can turn the photo into a beautiful painting.

Most of these portraits are given as gifts when a house is sold.
