It’s never to early to start thinking about Christmas.  If you want give a custom portrait as a Christmas gift, then now is the perfect time to place an order.

A portrait painting will take about a month to complete.  If you order today, you’ll have your painting well before Christmas and you’ll avoid the Christmas rush.  It will also give you plenty of time to frame the painting if you choose to do so.

If you’re not ready to place an order, you should start thinking about what photo you want turned into a painting.  If you don’t have a good photo, then now is the time to arrange for that photo to be taken.  We have customers email us all the time with photos that aren’t good enough to turn into a portrait.  If you are unsure about your photo, just contact us and we can tell you if our artist can turn the photo into a beautiful painting.

Most of these portraits are given as gifts when a house is sold. Selling a home can be an emotional experience; receiving such a unique and thoughtful gift from a real estate agent can leave a lasting impression.  Each place a person lives contains memories.  When a person moves into a different house they will be able to remember where they used to live.  Every time they look at the portrait, they will remember some of the memories they had at that house.  They will also remember the real estate agent that gave them the gift.
