Two Dogs Lounging Around
January 7th, 2010
We recently finished turning the photo below into a painting. This painting was a little difficult because the shadows on the original photo were rather harsh. It was hard for the artist to see all the details on each dog, but our artist still did a great job.

Small Photo Turned Into A Painting
January 4th, 2010
Most photos we receive are not professionally taken. Sometimes it’s difficult working with photos taken by point-and-shoot digital cameras, but we try our best.
Our customer sent us the photo below and wanted it turned into a portrait painting. It’s not a bad photo, but the photo we received was not a very high resolution. The photo posted below is the actual resolution we received. Luckily, we have some of the most talented portrait artists around. They were able to turn a low resolution photo into a beautiful oil painting.
The second photo is a picture of the painting. It is a 20″ x 24″ oil on canvas.

Portrait of a Pug
January 4th, 2010
For all you pug lovers out there, our talented pet portrait artist recently completed a painting of a cute pug puppy. The painting was done in oil on a 16″ x 20″ canvas. The customer wanted the background to be a blue color. So, we we removed a couple objects in the background and painted a solid blue background.
The first photo is the original photo and the second photo is the painting.

Amazing Wedding Painting
November 11th, 2009
We recently completed this painting, and it came out amazing. The original photo we started with was great and if you look at the photo of the painting, you might think it’s actually a photo.

Another Beautiful Home Painting
November 11th, 2009
Not only is this house pretty large, so is the painting we did. One of my favorite subtleties in this painting is the grass. If you look at the grass on the left, you can almost see the path left by the lawnmower. Those are the small details that make these paintings amazing.

Home Painting

This was a pretty straight forward project for the artist. The only request from the customer was to remove the limbs laying on the ground near the tree.

Big Daddy
November 11th, 2009
The customer sent us the image below and it was named BigDaddy.jpg. Our artist took the photo and turned it into a beautiful 30″ x 40″ oil painting.

Older Photo

We turned this older wedding photo into an oil painting. Although our artist had to improvise with some of the finer details, the customer was still happy.

Beautiful Photo = Beautiful Painting
July 24th, 2009
We just turned the beautiful photo below into an oil painting. It is much easier for our artists to start with a beautiful photo than a poor photo. You can see the oil painting below the original image.
This oil painting was rather large (36″ x 48″) so our artist was really able to paint the fine details. In some cases, a small painting will not turn out as well because it’s difficult to paint the small details well.
