Executive Photo to a Portrait Painting

When we receive a high quality photo, it makes the artist job a lot easier. We received the photo below from a customer, and all we had to do is a little cropping. The result was a stunning 30″ x 36″ oil painting.
What’s really stunning about this painting is how the artist was able to replicate the details on the face. The details are nearly exact and the color is rich and natural.

The customer sent us the image below and it was named BigDaddy.jpg. Our artist took the photo and turned it into a beautiful 30″ x 40″ oil painting.

Portrait of a Woman

We just completed the portrait below. As you can see, the first picture is the original photo. The photo was a little damaged, but that wasn’t a problem. I think the detail on the woman’s shirt is one of the best parts of this painting.
The completed painting is 16″ x 20″.

You may notice a difference in the background colors; the customer requested the background to be more brown than green.
