Generally, turnaround time is 4-5 weeks. The exact delivery date depends on several factors. After an order is placed, we will update you at least once a week on the status of the order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If you want to pay via PayPal or Google Checkout, please contact us and we can send you a link to pay using those methods.
We also accept checks and money orders.
We can accept photographs in a number of popular formats (.jpeg, .png, .gif, .bmp, .tiff). Don't worry about the file size, the larger the better. A large picture will allow our artists to better see the details and intricacies need to create an incredible finished portrait.
If you send us a poor quality photo, it will be difficult for our artist to produce a high quality portrait for you.
There are a couple options. You can take your photograph to Kinkos or a local copy center and scan it. Or, you can mail the photograph to us. Make sure you include contact information (name, phone number, email) with the photograph so we may contact you after we receive the photograph. Our physical address is below...

Of course we can! Simply send us the photographs that you are considering. We will have an artist look over your submissions, and can make a recommendation on which photo would make a better portrait, and why.
Yes, our artist can combine multiple photos to create one beautiful portrait.
Yes, it is hand painted! Brush strokes will be obvious is some paintings, but not others. In portraits with great detail, each brush stroke has to be precise and may not be visible. When the background (or large areas of a similar color) are painted, that is when the brush strokes are sometimes more obvious. Lighting can also determine how visible brush strokes are on the canvas.
If you choose to have your painting stretched on canvas, it will arrive ready to be hung.
You can expect to receive your painting within 3-5 weeks after your order has been placed. If you need to receive your painting more quickly than this, please contact us for information on our expedited services.
We ship all of our paintings through FedEx Ground. We cannot ship to a Post Office Box, so please make sure that you provide us with a real, physical address for delivery. All of our paintings are fully insured. If your painting arrives and the box is visibly damaged in any way, please notify the delivery person immediately.
We will gladly provide a photograph of the finished painting through e-mail so that you can see what it looks like before we ship. If you are not completely satisfied with the work that you have received, we will gladly make any changes that you request for absolutely no charge to you. We will not send your painting to you until you have approved it and are completely satisfied with the end result.
Yes, we will contact you soon after an order is placed. We will take the opportunity to tell you if your photo is suitable for our artist or not, and confirm any special instructions that you may have.

After our artist finishes your portrait, we will take a photo of the painting and send it to you for review. You can make suggestions and changes if you need them at absolutely no cost to you whatsoever. Once you approve the end result of the painting, we will prepare it for shipment directly to you. We will not ship a painting if you are not 100-percent satisfied with it. If you are still unhappy with your painting after the necessary changes have been made, contact us and we will refund your money in full.
